When will I get my BROWN BOX?

Your first box received will depend on your sign-up date. Please see the chart below for specific order and shipping dates.

Now – 8/15/2018 Fall Box September 1st, 2018
8/16/2018 – 11/15/2018 Winter Box December 1st, 2018
11/16/2018 – 2/15/2019 Spring Box March 1st, 2019

What is in a BOX?
In short…it’s a suprise! We spend a lot of time researching and carefully curating each box for that season and year with heirloom quality goods for your home and garden. Your box will always have unique items never to be seen in another box that we have handpicked from small-batch artisans who use quality materials. All boxes include the same 5-8 items.
Can I return items from my BOX?
All box sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or broken product in your box please contact us at BROWNBOX@folkwayco.com
How do I contact you about a design project?
We would love to hear about your home and design project. Please visit our Design page and fill-out the form with the requested information.
How do I update my BROWN BOX payment information?
You may login to your account anytime and update your payment information here.
How can I sign-up for BROWN BOX?
We only accept online orders. Please visit our BROWN BOX registration page to sign-up.
How do I cancel my BROWN BOX membership?
We hate to see you go but you may cancel or pause your account by logging in here and updating your account.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States.
How much is a BROWN BOX membership?
Each box is $119 (shipping is included but additional charges may apply for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska). Upon sign-up you will receive a box 4 times a year (every 3 months).
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going to your BROWN BOX account page and clicking the password link.
Where can I reorder an item I received in a BROWN BOX?

Sorry, at this time you cannot reorder items from your box. However, if you have a specific question about a product please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

Who Takes Your Photos?

Jen Burner. She is fantastic and does our house project photography as well as our BROWN BOX photos. She is also responsible for some of our website content creation.
